I have been coming to IOP for the past 38 years and rented many different properties on the island. This was a beautiful home with every possible amenity. The pool area is gorgeous and the golf cart was great for trips to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and was so comfortable for our family. We are looking forward to our 2025 trip. Hoping to stay in this wonderful home again!!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. Everyone had their own space when they needed quiet time, yet the living space was large enough to accommodate all of us for fun family gatherings. The proximity to the beach and amenities around made the location perfect. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return to Isle of Palm again. Thank you!

What a fabulous week at the beach and your lovely home. We really enjoyed the pool, the kids toys, the beach towels, the kitchen, the TV and the soft cozy beds. We went to the beach, ate great meals, and dived for treasure in the pool. We will be back! The golf cart was perfect. Your home was cozy, sweet, clean, and ideal for our family. Thank you for having all the amenities - the towels, pool floats and barbecue utensils! We love the house and IOP!

What an amazing home! Thank you so much for sharing it with our family. We traveled from FL, NY, Chicago, CT and RI to all be together! The property and location was perfect. We loved the pool and ease of going to the beach on the golf cart. This is one f of the best airbnb's we have rented. We are Italian and love to cook. The kitchen was stocked with wonderful cooking equipment. Our favorite things were the pool/spa, golf cart, and comfortable beds! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything was perfect!

Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! The home was absolutely perfect with all of the basic essentials! We loved the use of the golf cart and how close the home was to the beach! The kitchen was stocked with more than expected and the beds/linens were so comfortable! We really felt like we were at home! The house and pool were fantastic. Everything was clean and the house was equipped with everything you would ever need. Tons of beach towels, pool toys for kids, golf cart for getting back and forth from the beach, lovely kitchen with huge refrigerator and plenty of TVs after an exhausting day at the beach. The screen in porch was a treat during an afternoon thunderstorm. We loved it!

This house is laid out great for a large family or multiple families. We travelled with our adult children and significant others. Each couple was able to have a floor of our own. Our daughter brought her dog and stayed in the basement. It was perfect backyard access for letting him in and out. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and tools we needed. When we arrived the refrigerator had stopped working. Our first evening was a little hectic having to contend with delivery guys for 3 hours. Sweetgrass gave us a small credit to compensate for our inconvenience which was nice. Having a private pool was fabulous. Disappointed that the hot tub stopped working halfway through our trip. The beach was a quick golf cart ride down the street. For packing and planning: There are kcup and regular coffee makers. 12 beach towels are provided. Beach chairs and sun shade are also provided. There are pool floats and toys. If you like local things check out the IOP farmers market. Lots of local artisans, music and food trucks. Make sure to visit the IOP Marina Outpost store. Great breakfast, good place for snacks and drinks and cute boutique/gift shop.

You have such a beautiful home! The pool is absolutely incredible. We used it everyday of our trip. We really only left for food, driving around on the golf cart, or spending the day in Charleston. Other than that, we found everything we needed here! For food, we loved Acme Lowcountry and The Boathouse. If you are going to Charleston, we had so much fun on the carriage tour. Since we are all from Ohio, this was such an awesome vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us so we could spend time as a family and make core memories!

What a wonderful, clean, loved home! We have rented beach homes for the last 12 years and this is by far the most beautiful - the pool is so clean and well kept as is the house! I can only hope and pray that all who stay here keep and respect this beautiful home in the pristine condition we found it in! This home is loved and it shows. We will surely come back and treasure it as the owners do! Thank you for giving our family such a lovely home to make such beautiful memories in!

ThAnkyou for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. We were in Charleston with family for our sons wedding and your home couldn’t have been morePerfect. Your home made us feel like we were at home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the house is absolutely beautifully decorated. Once we walked into backyard our entire family decided we didn’t need then beach. We felt as though we were at a resort and never made it to beach. My husband and I own an ocean front home in the Keys, Islamorada Florida, if you would like to house swap please contact us. We would love to visit your homeAgain. Excellent first visit to Isle of Palms

The house was clean, beautiful, and well appointed. All beds and furniture were quite comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool or on the screen porch and used the golf cart to go to the beach and to get groceries. The beach was flat and waves were gentle, though there were jellyfish on the sand a few days. When we had an issue with the remote for the pool jets, Sweetgrass Management came to the house promptly to resolve the issue. I was impressed that the house had beach chairs and a Shibumi. My only tiny complaint is that some of the bedrooms have no/minimal window coverings so it can be difficult to sleep for those who prefer darkness. We would stay here again and will definitely be back to Isle of Palms!

Thank you so much for hosting us in your home. So many things about the place quickly got us into vacation mode: the extra beach towels, the ocean just a golf cart ride away, the wine, the hot tub, and the cozy back porch. We can't say enough about your visit here. The house is AMAZING and we spent most of our time here cooking, playing games, and hanging out by the pool. Everything we needed for right here. Our three generation family thoroughly enjoyed this quiet, secluded home. Everyone had a really nice bedroom, and there were plenty of little nooks for people to have their own spaces when they needed them. The pool was a real hit (thanks for the floats!), and if only children were in the pool, adults could leisurely sit in shady spots around it while they played. The den and dining rooms were great gathering spots for board games and movie watching in the evening (side note: there are several excellent smart TVs in the house). The only downside for us was that we could not fit everyone around the dining room table for eating meals - seating is only for 8. But we adapted.I highly recommend renting the golf cart. It made access to the beach very easy - just a straight shot down the street to an access point with free golf cart parking, putting you only a few steps to the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in future.

We can’t say enough about this location and experience. The home has character and makes you feel like you are right at home! They have everything you could possibly need there whether you want to cook in, hang with your family and play games, or you want to take a trip to the beach. I highly recommend renting the golf cart during your stay - we used it multiple time a day to get to places quickly. Having the pool right in the back yard was AMAZING! We could stay at home all day if wanted and still feel like we were in a relaxing oasis. The house was roomy, the beds were extremely comfortable, and there were many different spaces throughout the house to hang out. We made so many memories here! Thank you!
