Enjoy a relaxing vacation by the ocean and waking up to the sound of ocean waves! This updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is conveniently located in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island Golf Resort. With it's ideal location, one can walk right out the back door to the beach or out the front door to the Kiawah Conference Center. It's an easy bike ride to the Resort Center, Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary Hotel, or even Freshfields Village.

Featuring a modern, spacious layout, this villa has both traditional and contemporary accents to appease the taste of all its guests. The living room is a popular space to relax and unwind and is highlighted by a beautiful accent fireplace (not for guest use). The dining area seats eight guests, and there is an additional table off the foyer, perfect for extra company or a game night. Make delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and cookware. The beautiful layout was truly designed to make guests feel welcome and right at home.

The master suite (Bedroom #1) boasts a king size bed and TV of its own. The lucky patrons of this room get to enjoy the sizable private bathroom with newly furnished marble countertops, his and her sinks, separate vanity, and custom tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom (Bedrooms #2) features a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom. Finally, the third bedroom (Bedroom #3) offers two twin beds with pull-out trundles (sleeps 4 total), TV and a private bathroom as well.

The outdoor porch space helps make this property special: take in the ocean air or enjoy an outdoor meal.  Step right off the porch and walk down the the beach boardwalk to the ocean!

    We have been to Kiawah a few times and have stayed at different villas each time. We love 3510 Seascape the best of any place we have stayed at. This villa is beautiful and in a great location with easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 3 children and plenty of space. We plan to come back next year!

    Love coming to Kiawah for my beach vacation. I have been coming for the past 23 years and I like renting thru Sweetgrass. If there is a problem in your condo, they take care of it as soon as possible

    Our family of 3 adults and 2 young children enjoyed our week at 3510 Seascape. The location was ideal for beach use as well as dining and other activities at Freshfields. We would definitely consider booking the same rental again. The main concern we had related to window treatments especially in the two bedrooms overlooking the parking lot with night lighting. Adding either drapes or different shades would have been much appreciated.

    We had a great time during our time at Kiawah. This condo was very comfortable, attractively decorated and had a nice, well appointed kitchen. Porch was very comfortable, just wish it had been swept/blown off prior to arrival. Lots of leaves on furniture and decking. Beautiful, short walk to a gorgeous beach.

    We chose this condo for a 70th birthday celebration with 3 couples. There was plenty of space, kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and comfortable. Location is great, 2 minutes to the beach, quiet (except for typical condo neighbor noise), relaxing.

    We had a wonderful time at the island. The condo is on the beach and is perfectly decorated. It had everything you could need and the grocery store in the fresh fields village had pretty much everything you could ask for. Everyone was super nice and it was a great break for all of us. We can't wait to come back again!

    This is our second time in this exact unit, and third time in the complex. This particular unit is very nicely done, has plenty of storage for clothing, etc - kitchen is well appointed. Location can't be beat! You will enjoy the sound of the ocean, and the view of the dunes from the porch. We enjoyed the deer having dinner steps away from us almost every evening.

    This is a well appointed condo with a cook’s kitchen, comfy beds, great living room layout and an awesome deck. We’ll definitely be back to stay here again. Also, it’s only 6 minutes from Freshfields Village , where there are several restaurants, shops and grocery store. It’s a great place to stay!

    This was our 5th year in a row of spending a week at Sweetgrass Properties on Kiaweh Island with some of our adult kids & our 3 grandkids. We hope to continue the tradition for many years to come. We’ve always been pleased with our “home” away from home, including the cleanliness of the home when we arrive. It’s also nice that they supply a variety of puzzles, board games and books for visitors. We highly recommend them!

    Great location. The condition of the villa was excellent. The back sliding door was a little difficult to move and the Wi-fi/cable were spotty....but otherwise an excellent rental!

    Family Vacation at Kiawah Island

    The house was fantastic! It had everything we needed and it was very clean! We talked to visitors staying in Kiawah rentals and across the board they all were shocked at how dirty their units were. We suggested they should contact you all the next time they want to visit Kiawah. We have been visiting since the mid-80's with our children but this was the first time the grandchildren were with us and they loved the house and the beach. The only issue we had was with all of us getting ready at the same time the hot water would run out but that should be an easy fix.

    Loved this unit! The decor and floor plan was excellent. Location is ideal. Love being on the beach. Only concern is that on the last day new renters arrived in the unit above us. Noise is definitely a concern. You can hear every step and conversation. For us it was one day so no big deal. For a week, I would have been disappointed in the amount of noise.

    Highly recommend. You will feel like staying the minute you step in. Very comfortable, clean and updated. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Plenty of Beach chairs and toys for the kids. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and entertaining. We will definitely go back. It was hard to leave this beautiful home. It felt like home.

    My husband & I & our daughter’s family very much enjoyed our week at Kiaweh Island. The weather was perfect every day and our accommodations were awesome. We’ll definitely be back next year. This was our 4th year & our daughter’s family’s 6th year of vacationing at Kiaweh.

    My wife and I loved Kiawah Island and the Seascape Villas with great access to the ocean for walks, sunrises, and sunsets, especially as Connecticut was being hammered with snow! They are designed very well, especially as we had family join us for a couple of weekends, and there was ample room for our kids and grandkids. Hopefully, our kids and grandkids were not too rambunctious for our neighbors as we heard considerable noise from our neighbors above us? The area for improvement would be to allow renters to have an outdoor grill for cooking and to use the fireplace during a couple of chilly nights. Since we were cooking inside so much, we noticed the opportunity to upgrade the pans and utensils for the kitchen in our villa, and we bought our own wine glasses to have a matching set. Again, we enjoyed and loved our time at Kiawah, and look forward to a return trip to the island next year. Thank you Tom and Tammy Tecklenburg
