This renovated condo has a unique design with gorgeous wood features throughout and cool coastal hues. Entering the unit, you are greeted by a pleasant beach feel and one-of-a-kind decorations. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room. The living room leads to your ocean view balcony perfect to enjoy a meal outside or relax in the lounge chair. The guest bedroom (Bedroom #2) is on the main first level. It is furnished with one queen, one twin bed, and TV.  It's bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.  The master suite (Bedroom #1), which is located up the stairs on the second level, features a king bed, TV, private bathroom and impeccable ocean views. For your convenience, the condo has a washer and dryer, parking for at least two cars, WiFi, and a community pool.

Our stay was Excellent! We were here for our 35th wedding anniversary. This condo had everything we needed! The view, the community, proximity to Charleston, entertainment, and restaurant choices could not have better. I highly recommend Wild Dunes Unit 3C!

We had a wonderful time at 3C Seagrove! The Wild Dunes resort is lovely and 3C's location is perfect: right on the beach with a nice pool plus a very quick walk to the main hotels/restaurants/shops. 3C is far enough from the hotels, though, that you don't get big crowds on the beach in front of the property. I really appreciated the covered parking spaces, with enough room for two cars, to keep our car out of the sun. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, plenty of towels available, and comfortable beds. Possibly too many barstools at the kitchen counter (not all of which are the right height) but only because we kept walking into them. A couple of things stood out to me: The refrigerator doors open the wrong way. If you are standing inside the kitchen area the doors open inwards, so you have to go around the door to get into the fridge. So weird! But that would be a super easy fix, many fridge doors are made to swing either way. Second, there should be way more hooks in the bathrooms (and some in the kitchen would be nice, too!). Two hooks in the upstairs bathroom are not enough, especially at the beach where you often have wet or damp swimsuits and clothes you want to hang. There are a lot of hooks on the porch, which is nice. Finally, a few of the doors would not stay shut/locked. They wouldn't latch all the way so a good push would open them back up. Not a huge deal for my family, but some people might be bothered. Overall we loved 3C and can't wait to visit again!

We have rented this condo before and loved the updates to both bathrooms. Location to the beach and easy walk down the steps to the pool make for an easy vacation. We only recommend adding some more plates/bowls (plastic or melamine) and silverware to the kitchen.

This is a beautiful condo, very clean and comfortable. A nice view. Very accessible to the beach. A secured environment. The only 2 things we were not expecting was no elevator, and not facing east to see the sunrise. Otherwise we recommend!

Couldn’t ask for a better condo. It’s a short walk to the beach ( which can be rare in IOP), great pool, easy in and out. There is not an elevator but you can easily leave your beach chairs / carts in the covered parking and they were safe and sound. The management team was responsive and great as well. We will be back!

We love the Seagrove condos and building 3 is in a perfect location--just back from the beach enough to enjoy the views but quieter than being right on the beach. The walkways and showers have been upgraded since we last came and the pool is still in great shape. This unit is no frills but clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that there isn't a lot of owner stuff in closets and drawers. When we first arrived, the floor was dirty but Sweetgrass was very responsive and sent someone over immediately to clean it. We missed the old hot breakfast at Hudson's but there have been a lot of changes with the new hotel. Some good, some bad. But Wild Dunes is still a great spot. We hope it won't get any bigger.

Great layout for friends. Loved location in regards to pool AND beach. Some updates could be made to unit but it was clean and comfortable. We have already talked about returning to this unit again in future.

Hi, We were very happy with our stay ! The only thing that I would have liked was to be able to open the windows in the bedrooms. Fresh air ! If there is a problem with security, maybe atleast being able to open the window a bit ? Other than that it was good. And I would like to say that you were so easy to work with. Thank you !

Nice condo with ocean view

Great condo. Clean and close to ocean. Note there are 3 sets of stairs to unit. View from living room and bedroom is amazing, but bedroom window would not open so we could hear the ocean. Issue: showers have no grab bars (be careful!); upstairs bathroom only has 1 small towel rack. It was chilly at night/early morning and furnace worked perfectly, Felt like off-season Nov. rental was expensive for 4 nights, but overall it is a very nice rental.

Sweetgrass 3C is ideally located within Wild Dunes on IOP, with close access to the beach, overlooks the pool, and has a great view of the ocean. The floor plan is really well laid out for 4 adults. Owner was very responsive when asked questions. We will go back to this one!

Seagrove 3C was a good vacation spot. All the bedframes need replacing, they are falling apart and the furniture is outdated, but it was overall clean and had a great view of the ocean. It was plenty of space for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked and is large enough to cook comfortably in. You have a great view of the ocean from the master bedroom!

Loved this condo! Super close to pool and beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fairly well stocked. Our only minor complaint was that the community pool is open until 10 but pool lights weren't on after dark. Overall my family of 5 found the accommodations to be pleasant and will certainly return!

Lovely top floor Seagrove condo that with convenient pool and great beach access. Close to Wild Dunes resort amenities. Sweetgrass makes check in/check out easy and maintains great communication with renters. We will be staying here again.

We had the best time! The condo was great and was exactly as described. The booking, checking in, and checking out process was seamless. The island was beautiful and the restaurants on the island were fantastic! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making our first time visiting Isle of Palms a wonderful experience.
