We will need your first name, last name, city, state, zip code and the country you're coming from. We will also need your phone number and email address. We would prefer to have both your cell phone number as well as your home number. By providing your cell phone number, we will be able to contact you while you're here.
Our reservation agents are friendly and courteous and are here to help you book the vacation of your dreams. Let us help with restaurants, planning events or anything else that you may need while you are on vacation.
Required Deposit:
To confirm a booking, you will need to pay a 40% deposit that is applied towards your remaining balance. For example, if the cost for your total stay is $1,000, the $400 deposit would go toward your stay and the remaining balance will be $600.00. The 40% due at the time of reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please mail a check for the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival. Please make sure to include a copy of your confirmation so we know where to apply payment. If we do not receive a check 30 days prior to arrival, our booking software will automatically charge the remaining balance and you'll be sent a receipt stating that your reservation is paid in full.
Final payment is also NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates and amount you canceled, you will be refunded the total. To clarify, if you cancel before 30 days of arrival you will forfeit the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent your property for the full amount. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit the entire amount unless we are able to re-rent your property for the full amount. Also, and for example, if your reservation was for five nights, and we were able to re-rent the home after you cancel for just three nights, we will refund the three night stay at the price that the home was rented for.
We cannot and will not make exceptions in regards to our No-Refund Cancelation Policy. If you believe there is any chance of cancelation, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. In many cases, travel insurance will cover your reason for cancelation. Details on the policy we offer through Red Sky Travel Insurance can be found below:

Find Your Vacation Rental Online
You first need to go to the homepage of our website. In the center of the page, you'll find the "Book Now" box displaying arriving and departing dates. Enter your arrival date by clicking on the small calendar to the right of the date box. A little calendar will pop-up. Check the date you would like to check-in. Then follow the same process for the departure date. After completing these steps, move on to the Location drop down menu. Choose whether you'd like to stay in Kiawah, Seabrook, Isle of Palms or Wild Dunes. If you're not sure where you'd like to stay, just leave Location blank and all homes open during you requested time will be displayed. You may also narrow down your search by bedrooms or number of guests.
Next, click on the Check Availability button. Now you will find a list of homes displayed with a thumbnail picture of each home, all of which are available during the dates you requested. These pictures showcase the best aspects of the home. If you see a home that you would like more information about, click on the "View This Rental" button and you'll be able to review more photos and find a property description and a list of amenities.
You'll also find interactive maps located on each property page on one of the information tabs below the photos. Try moving the map around. You can find out how far you are from the beach and other hot spots on the islands. This will display the street elevations and you'll be able to see the exact neighborhood and the surrounding homes in that section of town. This additional information will assist you in selecting the perfect home for your stay in the Lowcountry.
Reserve a Property Online
If you have found a home where you want to spend your vacation, click on the orange button located at the top of the page that says "Book It Now". You will then be prompted to the next page that will display your arrival and departure dates. You will also find information about the property you have selected. Make sure to check this information for accuracy. This information will ensure that you have booked the correct home for the correct dates. Now click "Book It Now" one more time. It will prompt you to the next step for reserving your vacation home online. Once you're at this page, read through all the options, pricing, and terms and conditions. Please check the box at the bottom of the page indicating you have reviewed our policies. If all is correct after you have double checked everything, it is now time to continue on by adding your billing information.

Our online required deposit policy is the same as our email or phone required deposit mentioned above. Please know that during peak season you may only book from Saturday - Saturday. If a reservation is made online outside these parameters Sweetgrass Vacation Rentals will have to cancel or move your reservation.
Select a Payment Method
Credit Card: Select your credit card type, credit card number, expiration date and the three-digit code known as the CVN on the back of your card. The CVN is the three digit code located underneath the right hand side of the signature line on your back of your credit card. If you are using an American Express Card, this is a four digit number on the front. After you've completed this step, you are almost finished.
Submit payment and complete reservation request
After you click on "Book It Now" you will be taken to a page that will have all the information you have just typed. Your billing address and your payment information will be blanked out except for the last few digits. You will be shown the total reservation that you had just completed.
Once you are sure everything is correct and you are happy with everything you have selected, then click on confirm and submit your reservation. Once you have submitted your reservation online, you will be contacted within 24 hours by a specialist who will notify you by telephone or e-mail to confirm your booking. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until you have been contacted by Sweetgrass via telephone or by email and you receive a confirmation number.
