Outdoor spaces includes multiple decks, a screened porch, and private boardwalk to the beach with a large sundeck. For convenience there is an outdoor shower, gas grill, and extra parking.

Upon entering the home, a spacious first floor foyer opens onto a family room and guest bedroom. For entertainment, the family room includes a TV with VCR, and game table. (Please not Piano has been removed). A sleeper sofa adds an additional sleeping option. Sliding glass doors open onto a shaded deck with partial ocean views through the Kiawah landscape. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a private full bathroom, and access to the deck.

Upstairs, the living area is filled with sunlight and ocean views thanks to vaulted ceilings and multiple walls of windows. Comfortable furnishings and colorful artwork create the perfect place to gather. This space includes a TV, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, and wet bar. Sliding glass doors invite you outdoors to the screened porch. Multiple dining options include a large main table seating six, breakfast area seating four, a lovely bar with stools, and outdoor table on the porch. The spacious kitchen includes an island range with indoor grill. Three additional bedrooms are on this level. The large master bedroom offers a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and ocean views. A second king bedroom also offers ocean views, a small private deck, and full bathroom. The bedroom with two twin beds also has a private bath.

While we do not have a full timeline of work, we do understand this will potentially present neighboring noise for renters while the work is being done. Tnis house is the best ever.its a great beach house and we are having such a great time.the rental agency sweetgrass is so helpful and accommodating, the housekeeping department is so willing to go beyond being helpful.the view is divine and we wish we coukd rent this house every year

Sand should be removed from board walk and first step of deck , otherwise house was in good and comfortable condition. It was the first time in many of our stays that we didn’t need to call about the ac/heat or for minor maintenance.

This house was perfect for two families with kids. Two master en suites facing the ocean for both sets of adults, with plenty of additional bedroom space for kids. The common areas were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was smallish, but well stocked, clean, well maintained, and everything worked. A few pieces of tupperware would be nice. Beach chairs and towels would be nice, too. We had to make extra room to pack those items. But the location is PERFECT. Right in the middle of Eugenia, the best street on the island, in my opinion. Walking distance to Night Heron Park. The 2nd story deck overlooking the ocean and the dunes deck is where we spent most of our time. So, so lovely. We will definitely return to this house.

All six of our women's group thoroughly loved the house and location. This beach front home afforded spaciousness for our various privacy needs and ample opportunity for group yoga practices. The house's two levels of living space made the large home seem even more spacious. The decor was fun and attractive. Our own boardwalk to the beach assured convenient access. Loved the house!

Our family and friends had a very enjoyable and relaxing time visiting Kiawah this summer. We've been numerous times and return each year for our family vacation. Lots of great restaurants on and off the island to enjoy as well as getting take-out or cooking as a family and eating on the deck! Long walks and bike rides on the beach and through the neighborhoods are always interesting and fun. It's exciting to go to where the river runs into the ocean to try and catch the dolphins feeding at the change of tides. A trip into Charleston to the shops and market, as well as enjoy a meal there, are a must as well. All ages of our family find things to do and we all LOVE Kiawah. We think it's the best family vacation spot around!

This was our seventh time staying at 51 Eugenia Ave, and once again, it didn't disappoint. This home fits our family perfectly, and who can beat the private walkway to the beach? We're so grateful to the owners who rent out their home. It's become our happy place over the years, and we look forward to returning next year!

The house accommodated our family with young children well. The house however needs maintenance. The screen on the porch is coming apart. The sinks in the bathrooms drain slowly. The refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced the water has a terrible taste. The kitchen appliances were not up to the standards we are used to being a family who cooks. The location was the best asset to this house. The beach front deck was our favorite hang out beside the beach!

We LOVED it. I was so anxious about this trip and wanted it to be perfect, since we had gone specifically to charter a ship and scatter my dads ashes. Rentals like this can be unpredictable, and I was so worried that something would be disappointing. Everything was perfect though, and we all loved the house. Sweetgrass had everything taken care of in every detail. I can't say enough how impressed I am and how much I appreciate the fact that everything with the house was perfect. I wanted to give my mom a memorable trip and she loved the house. I had a couple questions and they were answered in a timely manner and with helpful information. We have been to Kiawah before and love the island, and from now on we will always choose sweetgrass properties. We were all very impressed with the house and the management company.
