The floor plan has a terrific layout giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment or pick a rocker on the front porch and take in the early morning sun. The private deck upstairs also provides a great place to get away or to sunbathe. The upstairs master is large enough for a small family with the queen bed, pullout sleeper sofa and a pack n' play! In addition to the 3 queen bedrooms your kids will love the BUNK room! With the trundle included this room easily sleeps 5!

The garage area provides covered parking for 4 vehicles and don't forget your BOAT! Your kids will also love the basketball goal in the driveway so make sure to bring your basketball too.

Very nice accommodations for extended family including 5 adults and 2 young children. Overall very good rating. Wish extra keys were available since lockbox wasn’t easy to use. Garbage disposal was broken. Showerhead in 1st floor bathroom was clogged - needs cleaning or replacement.

House was a great location couple blocks from the beach. We were there for a baseball tournament at Shipyard. It was about a half our away.

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this property. I’ve stayed at many properties over the years and the atmosphere of this home was the best. You could tell the family that owns this home truly loves it and have made many wonderful memories there. I know people have commented on the family photos being inappropriate but I loved them! It shows these people know how to live and appreciate the best and most important things in life. The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful, not crowded and good for families, as the waves were not to big. This was my first stay in South Carolina but I hope to return, and stay at this home if I have the opportunity. Thank you for sharing your home with us❤️

Great property with lots of space. Beautiful house with wrap around porch. Encourage to read all the FAQs which indicated that a starter pack will be included. For even a short stay it would be a lot nicer if more than one dishwasher detergent were included. Could have also used a few extra sets of towels.

House roomy for our family. Kitchen was well equipped but pots and pans worn. Washer and dryer convenient but dryer took a long time to dry clothing. Overall cleanliness was ok but floors weren’t wet mopped before our arrival. We loved the porches and large livingroom.

10/10. Have stayed in this home more than once. We have a grown blended family. Home is roomy and well equipped. Short walk to beach. Porches are amazing. Host is very responsive. AC stopped working. Followed instructions left for us in case there were any issues- call was answered with no messages or phone tag. Someone came out within the hour and issue was immediately resolved. Me and my family are very sad there was no availability in our vacation window. Would definitely be back .

This was a perfect house for our extended family vacation! House was the perfect size, with the perfect number of bathrooms, and space to spread out if needed. We would’ve given it an excellent review, except the appliances were on their last leg. Upstairs fridge did not keep things very cold. The freezer struggle to freeze ice cubes. The dishwasher did not take the packet each run and totally dissolve it. So dishes came out somewhat dirty. The oven did not keep its heat consistently. Other than that, it was excellent!

Everything was good But I do not think they should be leaving Photos of themselves and family in the house this a rental house and I had to fix the tv because it was not working it was unplugged and the refrigerator was not working, no water or ice witch they fix.

Our family enjoyed staying in this comfortable, immaculate home on a quiet street near the beach and marina. There is plenty of room for adults and children to gather together or read or play alone. Loved staying here and were sad to leave.

This home was just what we wanted. It was very well laid out to accommodate extended family, including the room with the double bunks and the master bedroom with the crib and pullout couch. There were scooters and a basketball hoop, and even a large wagon that was used to haul loads to and from the beach. Large kitchen, plenty of indoor seating for eating and relaxing. We used the two large porches all the time- one had several rockers, the other one was screened in and had a table we used for playing cards. The house was very homey in the way it was furnished and decorated. We would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely perfect location!! Quiet location yet a 5-10 minute straight shot walk to the beach. The screened porch was just the best for sitting and talking at night with the sounds of the ocean not too loud. Great configuration for large families or families sharing a house. Well supplied kitchen with many household extras. Very clean.

This was by far the easiest vacation i’ve ever been on. Everything was exactly as advertised and when I needed to speak to the staff at sweet grass they answered my questions quickly and happily. Great customer service! Beautful house, so close to the beach and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Isle of Palms! Plenty of room to relax and unwind.
