Centrally located on Kiawah Island, this villa offers the perfect location for guests to enjoy a short walk to the beach, close proximity to the Sanctuary and Night Heron Park, and only a short drive from some great restaurants and other amenities that the surrounding areas have to offer!

Enter the villa and immediately appreciate the updated design with an open floorplan and spacious rooms. The living room has a simple and elegant design with modern furnishings and white accents that compliment the light coming in from the porch windows. It  is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book, or watching the flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. There is also a wet-bar to enjoy an evening cocktail.

Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the screened in porch allows the guest to take in the beautiful sights and sounds that the island has to offer. Sit back and enjoy the lagoon views. You'll be sure to spot an alligator or two.

The dining area, which allows for comfortable seating for four, is only steps away from the open kitchen area where access is available from both the dining area and the front hallway leading to the living room. With granite countertops and updated appliances, this kitchen is great to whip up a delicious meal.

Head into the master bedroom, which offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the screened-in back porch, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed with a flat-screen TV, a small sitting area next to the windows overlooking the view, and a semi-private bathroom that also accesses the hall.

    Pleasant experience renting through Sweetgrass - very easy. Condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Great location overlooking the lagoon and short walk to gorgeous beach. The master bed was very comfortable however the living room furniture was very uncomfortable which is only reason I didn’t rate higher. I would rent this unit again.

    Cozy condo with a 5 minute walk to the beach access, then a very short walk on the boardwalk to a vastly under crowded beach. The Sanctuary Hotel is a quick walk for cold drinks. We would stay here again.

    We stayed in Turtle Cove 4846 for a month spanning May and June, 2024 and loved every minute of being there. The unit is an easy couple of blocks from the beach with two different entry ways from which to choose. The beach is spectacular! Long and sandy, beach chairs and umbrellas abound, water is warm and calm with waves enough to body surf. Fun for long walks and bike rides too. The two bedroom/two bath unit is wonderful, comfortable and well appointed. There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms including the porch ensuring a consistent and cool temperature at all times and the two bedrooms are situated so that each has its own bathroom and privacy. Early mornings, late afternoons and evenings were most often spent on the porch watching the creatures in and around the lagoon and enjoying the cool breeze. Everything in the unit is well maintained, sparkling clean and in excellent working condition. The management company and owner are very nice and respond quickly should you have a question. We liked our stay so much that we made our return reservations for 2025 before leaving. We highly recommend TC 4846.

    Perfect rental for two couples! Two bedrooms separated by the great room. Two separate bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Back patio looks out to a pond with lots of nature-birds, turtles, gators. Easy walk to the beach. Golf close by.

    This unit has everything you would want. Fully stocked. The entire condo is updated, new and fresh. Very clean. Close to the beach, tennis courts and the Sanctuary. It does have steps as its an upstairs unit but that is no complaint, only a heads up. Will absolutely rent this unit again.

    Nice touches to make it easy to be there. The floors were dusty and the future had traces of hair. Something nibbled open a bag of chips I had on the counter. The master bed mattress is lumpy. But I love the layout, being on the second floor and that the kitchen is well appointed. The bathrooms are especially nice. Especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. I would definitely book again, but it might be time for freshening up.

    Everything about this unit is perfect. It is ideally located for a quick walk to the beach, an amazing meal at the Sanctuary, a game of tennis or pickleball or a morning bike ride. Plus, the screened in porch offers a front row seat to Kiawah's amazing wildlife. The unit is clean, comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for your beach escape!

    The rental had the best equipped kitchen of the five different Turtle rentals we have had over the last year+. Clean, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture made for a very nice stay. The bathroom areas are small and an update would be a plus. Overall, I would definitely come back to this rental.

    Great condo in great location. Walking distance to Turtle Cove Golf Course with Italian Restaurant, and also short walk to the beach. Condo is fully loaded, clean, with very comfortable beds. Could sleep a family or two couples easily. Easy short drive to 5 golf courses. Property management/owner very responsive and helpful. 5 Stars!

    5-7min walk from the beach. Very close to Turtle Cove golf course and the sanctuary. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed are stay, especially mornings and evenings on the screened in porch on the back where we did see a couple alligators!

    Very attentive. Responded back quickly to any questions. Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean and well appointed. Th bathrooms were a little outdated compared to the rest of the condo but apart from that the unit was perfect. Great location!
