A lot goes into a beach vacation. We’re here to make it easy, so things go off without a hitch.
Pick the right place:
Choosing accommodations that fit your family makes your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Some properties require a minimum number of nights. Pets are welcome at some of our properties, but not all of them. The place you choose should be perfect for your needs.
Know the check-in/check-out policy:
On your day of arrival, check in any time after 4 p.m. EST. Check-out time is by 10 a.m. EST. Guests obtain a lock box or keypad combination by email to access the key when they arrive.
How to access amenities:
On Kiawah, Sweetgrass guests may purchase rounds of golf at five public courses on the island. You can book a tennis court and access the Sanctuary Spa, shops, and restaurants. Night Heron pool and the Sandcastle fitness and pool facilities are not included. On Seabrook, purchase a $15 amenity card to access amenities at the Lake House facility. Access the fitness center and indoor pool with that amenity card plus a $15 daily use fee per person.
What is included in the rental:
Each bed has a set of sheets, pillowcases, and a comforter or blanket. Each bathroom has four large bath towels, two hand towels, two wash cloths, and a bathmat. Each bathroom has an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet tissue. Each kitchen has an initial stock of dish detergent, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and paper towels.
How to get more supplies:
Your start-up kits probably won’t last for the duration of your stay. Arrange for the purchase and delivery of additional items prior to arrival by calling us at 855-421-1309.
What to bring:
Bring beach towels for the beach and pool. Also, you’ll want to bring beach and pool toys, tennis racquets, and golf clubs.
Are housekeeping services provided?
Our team cleans each rental property before guests arrive and after guests depart. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional charge. Call 855-421-1309 or click here for info.
What if I can’t make the trip?
Stuff happens. People get sick, hurricanes form in the Atlantic, and other emergencies pop up. A Red Sky Travel Insurance policy costs about 7 percent of your total reservation, but insurance is the only way to obtain a refund if your trip gets canceled.
Now that you know the basics, pack your bags, and get to the coast.
